
This raw milk goat cheese with a natural-mold rind is produced by Patricia and Oscar just outside of León, Spain and procured from Catalan Gourmet.
Murciana goat’s milk is used to make this exquisite artisan cheese. It is rustic and complex with a dry, flaky texture. It starts out herbal with a light tang, then a little sweetness comes in before the tang turns electric; just before sweetening to a caramel finish, an earthy note wafts over. A raw, firm, yet tender handmade RAW goat’s milk cheese, that’s rustic, primitive and delicious!!!
