Washington DC - Chef de Cuisine

The Chef de Cuisine's mission is to ensure consistency in the execution of Chef Vidal's culinary direction. They are entrusted with creating and leading a high functioning BOH team. Boqueria is seeking a Chef de Cuisine for our Brooklyn restaurant. Ideally, candidates have at least one year of experience in a CDC role.

DC - FOH Manager

Boqueria is looking for a Front of House Manager for our restaurant in Dupont Circle! The ideal candidate is energetic, values exceptional customer service, has a strong work ethic, is passionate about all things food and beverage, and has at least one year of restaurant management experience in a high volume restaurant. Knowledge of Spanish food and wine is a plus.


As our guests’ primary contact throughout their time in the restaurant, a host is responsible for creating exceptional guest experiences.


Servers and Bartenders are responsible for providing friendly and responsive service and are an an integral component of building the restaurant’s profitability.
